Introduction

What is your company name, and what does it specialize in?

Tugi Tark is a customer service AI software platform tailored for the iGaming industry. We specialize in solving player support problems faster, smarter, and at scale by combining advanced AI with over a decade of operational player support experience in iGaming.

Can you describe your mission in a sentence or two?

Our mission is to bring the future of player support to the iGaming industry with proactive, scalable, and reliable customer service solutions. We are committed to delivering exceptional support and enabling our clients to maximize their potential, optimize operations, and provide outstanding customer experiences.

Founding Story

When was your company founded, and by whom?

Tugi Tark was founded in 2023 by a team of AI experts, iGaming veterans, and support operations professionals.

What inspired you to start this company?

After years of using limited, fragmented tools, we decided to build the platform we always wished we had. We built Tugi Tark because the support platforms available in iGaming were outdated, generic, and reactive. Our team experienced the operational pain points firsthand - language barriers, outdated chatbots, lost escalations between departments, no proactivity, and lack of VIP prioritization - and knew there had to be a smarter, purpose-built solution.

Key Innovations or Products

What are your key offerings or products?

Tugi Tark offers customer service AI software, including:

• Real-time AI translation for 249+ languages

• Autonomous AI Agents handling 60% of routine inquiries

• Smart ticket routing based on player segment, ticket category, language, waiting time, and support channel

• Seamless in-app escalation flow to avoid lost escalations

• Architecture for multi-brand operations

• Comprehensive dashboards for reporting and performance monitoring

What makes your products or services unique in the iGaming industry?

Tugi Tark is built exclusively for iGaming. We understand high-value players, compliance, cost optimization, player safety, and the nuances of iGaming support - because we’ve lived it. Every feature is designed for real-world challenges: regulatory pressure, global player bases, multi-brand operations, and 24/7 VIP care. Our system doesn’t just respond - it anticipates.

Challenges and Achievements

What are some challenges you’ve faced as a startup, and how have you overcome them?

To transform from a service provider to a product company. It's a different ball game, and you need different players in your team for it. Over the last twelve months, we have been focused on building the right product and bringing the right people on board. Strong teamwork and staying close to our vision made the transition smoother.

What milestones or achievements are you most proud of?

We conducted our first demos in mid-February and we are currently onboarding our first five operators, marking a major milestone in our rollout.

Future Goals

What are your goals for the future?

We want to make Tugi Tark the default support platform for the iGaming industry. That means continually investing in support proactivity, which will have an impact in deposit value, AI for cost optimization and availability, predictive analytics, and deeper personalization features that iGaming operators can use out-of-the-box.

Founder’s Perspective

What drives your passion for iGaming?

iGaming is a fast, global, and technological space. We love that challenge. We’ve supported players across every time zone, every language, and every emotional state. We know how much impact great support has on trust and loyalty - and how much pressure iGaming operators face to deliver it. That pressure is exactly why we built Tugi Tark.

Can you share a quote or insight that reflects your company’s vision or values?

"We’ve spent a decade solving real player support problems and helping operators grow. Tugi Tark is the next step - a support platform built by iGaming support people, for iGaming support people."
